Employment: Full Time

Having been established since 1993 my client has offices across Europe, Russia and the UK.

Internationally they have a client base of 5000+ and 300 employees.

They offer services such as tax planning, corporate advisory and finance and banking to their clients and are currently looking to expand their small team in their Dubai location.

As the Capital Raising Manager you will be focused on capital raising from Institutional investors, professional investors and high net worth individuals for Consulco Finance.

Role summary:
- Ensuring you achieve the monthly / annual capital raising targets as communicated to you by the firms Director.
- Formulate, plan, develop and implement the marketing strategy Working closely with Director for the development and management of existing and new client and associate relationships
- Working closely with various intermediaries in designing marketing plans and effectively use other resources to achieve respective targets
- Proactively seeking new business opportunities by means of networking and referrals
- Building relationships with key clients and professional sector contacts
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to develop new services, products and distribution channels
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Provide progress and activity reports to management as per firm reporting policy
- Ensure you represent the company in the best light
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities
- Understand the company's goal and purpose so that it will continue to enhance the company's performance

Requirements

- Relevant experience within the finance industry
- Dubai/ UAE expereince preferred
- Experienced in dealing with HNWI
- Experienced in the development of a marketing strategy to obtain investors, HNWI clients
- A confident networker and relationship builder
