Reporting Line: Dean of Students
Nationality: UAE National

The Career Services and Alumni Relations manager develops the strategy and oversees the implementation of programs, initiatives and budgets for the Career Services and Alumni Relations Office.

Requirements

- A Master’s Degree preferred in organizational development, business management, human resources, marketing or communications.
- Proven ability to prepare and manage major events and projects
- Previous experience in knowledge management and/or capacity building
- Knowledge of business community in the UAE
- Knowledge of advanced energy and sustainable technology industries and green jobs is highly desired

Skills:
- Self starter with strong organizational and communication skills
- Strong team player with ability to manage projects with tight- timeline and budget
- Ability to network and attend various professional events.
- Demonstrate strong writing and relationship building skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and databases
- Commitment to diversity in an educational environment
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Performance driven, and ability to multi-task
- Highly motivated with ability to take initiatives
- Excellent in written and oral Arabic and English languages
