About the Client:
The hiring company is a leading facilities management company established in 1984. They are known for maintaining a significant number of properties and provides a wide array of services to prominent local and international companies in the United Arab Emirates.

Job Role:
• Maintain municipal buildings, residences and building items such as furniture and stairs, making repairs to the internal and external structure
• Study blueprints, sketches, or building plans for information pertaining to type of material required, and dimensions of
• structure or fixture to be fabricated and executes the project plan
• Select specified type of lumber or other materials needed for the project, and co-ordinates supplies for the current project
• Prepare project layouts, shapes job materials to prescribed measurements, assembling cut and shaped materials and fastening them
• Keep the Supervisor informed about the job development, verifying trueness of structure with plumb bob and carpenter's level
• Inspect municipal buildings and facilities for needed services and repairs
• Perform minor electrical repairs and maintain building interiors and exteriors
• Operate and maintain carpentry tools and equipment, keep a daily log of tasks and prepare a preventative maintenance schedule

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to Indian nationals
• Male, 22 years old and above
• High school diploma or any relevant technical certifications
• Minimum 3 years related experience
• Ability to handle and operate machines and tools
• Ability to communicate well in English language
• Knowledgeable in carpentry and building maintenance, safe operation of basic hand and power tools, and workplace safety and
• safe lifting and handling procedures
• Ability to operate any required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
• Ability to read building specifications, blueprints and as-builds
