Employment: Full Time

A Multi-disciplinary clinic, subsidiary of Ghobash Group, providing ABA, SLT and OT therapies, using research based interventions, combining technology experience and transparency with treatment while providing undivided personal care is looking to hire a Case Supervisor.

Responsible For:
• Providing Direct ABA Therapy and supervision of ABA programs as assigned by BCBA

Direct Reports:
• Assigned ABA Therapists

Hours/Shift Work:
• 48 Hours per week

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise ABA programs and ensure behavior therapists are meeting all performance expectations.
• Provide training, as needed, to behavior therapists. Undertake assessments and consultations with parents as well as parents training.
• Take part in conducting Intakes, Assessments and assist BCBA in developing Behavior Plans, Assessment Reports and Treatment Plan for clients.
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy and related methodologies to clients.

Clinical Tasks
• Implement Applied Behavioural Analysis and Discrete Trial Therapy and other related therapies to clients as per assigned cases (up to 4 hours per day)
• Implement social skills training to clients (individually or in groups) when needed
• Implement Behaviour Intervention Plan
• Conduct functional analysis assessments and developmental assessments
• Prepare session material as needed

Supervisory Tasks
• Onsite behavioural and program consultation as assigned by BCBA
• Provide ongoing evaluation of clients’ data collection and treatment implementation
• Supervision and training of Behaviour Therapists, parents and teachers, as per Behavioural intervention plan
• Conduct consultations for potential new clients
• Compile assessment reports from all team members (e.g. SLT, OT, etc.) into one report that is sent to the BCBA/ Lead BCBA for review
• Attend assessment review sessions to review assessment outcomes with parents
• Assist BCBA in developing individualized ABA goals and objectives
• Collect data and analyse data from an electronic device
• Conduct monthly client team meetings for each client with assigned ABA therapists
• Assure that all forms are filled in accordingly and in timely manner by the staff that CS is directly supervising
• Assure Medical Records data are filled in efficiently, precisely and in a timely manner

Supervisory Tasks
• Assure that rooms are clean, uncluttered and the working environment is safe and child friendly
• Review with the staff under CS direct supervision results of monthly medical records audits, HSE audits, infection control audits and take corrective actions accordingly
• Review with staff members all the incidents that happened on monthly basis and discuss pro-active methodology to prevent same incidents from re-occurring

Administrative tasks
• Effectively communicate with BCBA in an ongoing manner
• Actively seek clinical direction from BCBA in a timely manner
• Report to BCBA any matter that might affect the client in a timely manner
• Ensure all evaluation and supervisory feedback is incorporated into session performance and other related job duties of the therapists under CS direct supervision
• Adapting to any updates/ changes made in the electronic data collection system
• Effectively communicate with team members, provide Handover information precisely and in a timely manner
• Responsible for maintaining any gadgets provided by the company (broken device needs to be reported, device needs to be plugged in at the charging station, etc.)
• Attend training workshops, when needed
• Attend company events as needed
• Check and respond to company emails daily
• Complete all requirements or RBT certification and maintain certification requirements
• Complete all requirements for DHCC Licensure and renewal
• Achieve mandatory Continuing Professional Development “CPD” points that are required for DHCC License Renewal

Requirements

Education & Work Experience Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree (behavioural sciences/psychology) from an accredited institution
• Board certified by Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB) as a Registered Behaviour Technician
• A minimum of two (2) years of work experience as a Behaviour Technician under direct BCBA supervision and a minimum of 2 years working as Case Supervisor
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent service
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practice
• Must provide supervisory support and leadership for staff members that is assigned for direct supervision

Specialized Knowledge & Trainings
• Registered Behavior Therapy training and successful completion of RBT exam; DHCC License (preferred)
