Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client, a leading Islamic financial institution in the UAE are seeking experienced professionals in the sales field of cash management products and solutions.

- Responsible for identifying, analyzing, selling and supporting cash management products and services to established business customers and targeted prospective corporate clients.
- Works closely with relationship managers in attaining CASA growth, fee income and; solidify customer retention efforts by providing a superior level of customer service.
- Submits proposals after assessing customer needs and recommends effective strategies; performs a cost benefit and risk analysis; negotiates pricing to optimize profitability of product or service solutions.
- Coordinates implementation and ongoing service with operating areas.
- Contributes to the Bank's CASA growth strategies and goals; generates additional revenue from the sale of cash management products and services; attains established individual, department and Bank goals through active participation in sales management and officer call programs.
- Responsible for acquiring new client relationships to deliver a suite of banking services & products to a defined portfolio of clients (namely midsize corporates).
- Provide account servicing for own portfolio clients as well as other Relationship Managers clients, including regular contact with own portfolio clients.
- Meets with existing clients for expansion of business including the identification and creation of proposals for related services – within portfolio and across the bank.
- Consistently maintains a deepen knowledge of bank products and services, bank processes, market, finance/investments through proactive training , certifications and interbank interactions.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Masters
- 7 to 9 years of experience, a total of functionally relevant experience of 3 years or more
- Experience in Islamic Banking
- A exceptional track record in the sales of cash management products and solutions
