Job description / Role

• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales.
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and proving a receipt to every customer.
• Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints
• Completing bank reconciliations
• Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
• Managing company ledgers
• Processing business expenses
• Coordinating internal and external audits
• Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies

Requirements

• Bachelors/ Master’s in commerce
• Strong Accounting Knowledge
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Assistant Accountant
• Experience in handling cash, Interpersonal communication, Loss prevention techniques
