Job description / Role
Position: Frontliner
- Handles client calls for booking appointments, inquires about products and services
- Attends to walk-in clients
- Welcomes clients and makes sure they are assisted well by preferred staff
- Serves Refreshments and ensures clients are comfortable
- Maintaining cleanliness of work area
- Manage customers in courteous and friendly way.
- General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
- Discretion and understanding the need for confidentiality
Requirements
- Handle cash register.
- Performs cash or credit card transactions for customer purchases.
- Counting out the exact change and giving the customer a correct legitimate receipt for their purchases
- Handling petty cash and keeping record of payments.
- Preparing daily sales report to be submitted via email
- Verify quality and quantity of products that are received
- Assists customers in product selections based on their needs
- Arranges the product display areas.
- Gives product suggestions to customers when needed.
- Monitoring and processing the stores request for their daily and monthly requirements of stocks to maintain smooth operations
- Coordinating with the Manager by ensuring that the required stocks have been provided
