A leading Sports retailer in the UAE is looking to hire a Category Manager with passion for sports and retail to join them in their team.
As the Category Manager, you will be taking over the following responsibilities:
* Plan and directs all aspects of product development programs, objectives and initiative.
* Analyze product profitability, selection, and assortment using category management practice.
* Coordinate and manage competitive market survey.
* Support department resets, remodels, and new store openings.
* Develop and maintain strong vender relationship.
To be a successful candidate, you should have the following qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in a Management or equivalent qualification.
* 3 years + of experience in similar role.
* Comprehensive understanding in sports retail merchandise.
* Supervising/Managing experience is required.
* Strong Analytical, Communication and Presentation skills essential.
