Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a multi-national F&B group who is looking to hire a Category Manager to join their team. As the Category Manager you will report to the Marketing Manager - Categories.
Your main responsibilities includes estimating market size & segmentation by sub-category & packaging, monthly category KPI, analysis & recommendations, propose range & planogram per channel & sub-channel, lead category innovation, renovation & extension, forecasting and performing monthly market visit to stay aware of competition activities, understanding specific customer requirements and propose rapid & efficient solutions etc.,
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have Master’s degree in Marketing/Category Management and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience. Expertise in category management and project management is required. Experience in manufacturing, but not distributor company is must. Good business understanding of FMCG / Consumer Goods, Food Service, Essentials Foods and Impulse Foods is required.
