Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Manage and track Category sales planning and forecasting processes including scenario planning, seasonal growth accelerators/BU forecasting. Drive communication across the Category matrix regarding plans to create awareness and garner necessary support.
- Deliver expected GP, manage SKU performance and efficiency.
- Plan, direct and manage Category sales processes and sales tools, e-catalogue, deadlines, Sales Meetings, Pre-lines, sell-in and calendars.
- Provide detailed Category quarterly reviews. Create robust post sell-in Category reports.
- Manage seasonal Category samples and lead the set-up of seasonal sell-in showrooms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, Fashion, Marketing or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in Wholesale Buying, Planning, Allocation and/or Vendor Sales for a multi-store retailer
- Proven track record of managing people
- Ideally a specialist in Sports and Women's wear
- Must have strong understanding of Category management.
- Must have ability to use financial data to make decisions
- Excellent numerical & analytical skills
- Strategic planning skills
- Excellent spoken and written English language.
