Job description / Role
Our Client is a supplier of premium foods to the Hotel, Food Service Provider, Airline Caterer and Ship Handler industries throughout the Middle East, GCC, East Africa and the Indian Subcontinent.
On their behalf, we are seeking two experienced Category Sales Specialists for the Dairy and Mediterranean food categories.
The roles will involve analysing data to determine industry and consumer trends, developing long-term development strategies for product categories, fostering relationships with vendors to achieve best pricing and collaborating with buyers and merchandisers to expand the category.
Requirements
The successful candidates will have previous chef relation experience, and will have worked closely with restaurants, kitchens and hotels. Prior sales roles within the UAE is essential as is a good product knowledge of the Category. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills combined with an analytical mind will be key.
