Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for securing & acquiring new business and maintaining clients base.
• Responsible in achieving Catering and Banquet sales objectives and revenue goals within areas of responsibility.
• To ensure delivery of the highest standards of service and coordinates all other details with relevant departments.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of catering, including meeting with clients, preparing proposals, coordinating with central kitchen & other involved departments for all service activities.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a similar position & industry
• Good knowledge in Food Safety Management system.
• Good customer service & Leadership skills
• Knowledgeable in Basic First Aid and Fire Safety.
• A demonstrable commitment to deliver first quality customer service
• Well-developed Management and coordinating skills.
• Fluent in English, good communication and reporting skills.
