Job description / Role
CCC Operator - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai
The purpose of this job is to manage Command and Control Center (CCC ) Operations 24X7. Job duties will involve verifying work request details & create Work Order link to work request; receive calls during business days & hours i.e. 8:00PM – 7:00AM; follow up with MEP / Non MEP Coordinators i.e. Facility Manager on site verification delay Work Orders as per appointment / Service Level Agreement; generate daily reports; monitor equipment failure; etc.
This role will be based out of Al Futtaim Real Estate Office at Festival City, Dubai
Requirements
We are looking for someone with few years of experience in airconditioning, Building Management Systems (BMS) installation & Maintenance and good Computer knowledge
The candidate must be energetic who is willing to work in shifts.
