Employment: Full Time

To work with the CDD Change Manager Lead in order to lead and define the engagement model within CDD and COBAM between the hub and onshore globally.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- To assist the implementation of change within the hubbed processes globally and support the development of the infrastructure of COBAM
- To manage the impact of uncontrolled change via effective change control, planning and impact assessment.
- To determine the cumulative impact of change and agree a prioritisation from competing demands.
- Being contact point for Group CDD to coordinate their input to system, process and policy changes.
- To consider end to end core processes (e.g. client on-boarding) with a view to improve client and RM experience, reviewing the efficiency of onshore versus offshore processes and setting in place and carrying out a plan to partition/concentrate activities in the most appropriate location.
- To develop a change calendar with Group CDD; including wider regulatory change projects that will impact the same communities (e.g. FATCA).
- Liaise with HR/training to upgrade the onboarding and continuous learning program in the Hub.
- Engage with QA to ensure more rigour over exit of non-performers.
- Improve MIS to enable all stakeholders to focus on key challenges and how to remediate.
- To roll out change impacting key stakeholders (RM community/ FCC/ Middle Office/ Hub) through clear project management and effective communication and training.
- To work with RM community to scope out what activities should be completed by COBAM and implement as necessary.
- Manage resource pipeline and standardise the on-boarding/ off-boarding of resource.
- Work with CDD Risk Manager on operationalising the solutions to improve quality.
- Provide tracking of progress against an agreed series of outcomes.
- Applying remedial action where change is not meeting targets.
- Supporting knowledge flow from countries to Chennai and from Chennai to countries as the conduit.
- To complete post roll out dip testing to ensure success of change.
- To work with network COBAM teams on standardisation and best practice.
- Ensure the key risks and issues of the change portfolio are tracked and resolved.

Requirements

* Degree or Professional Qualification
* Highly effective verbal and written English communication skills
* Good presentation, time management, negotiation and influencing skills
* Ability to influence without authority
* Strong process mapping skills and process orientation
* Knowledge of process improvement methodologies
* Proven ability to manage and execute projects to a high degree of excellence within set timelines.
* Ability to think laterally and outside the box; able to conceptualize and articulate requirements
* Ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
