Employment: Full Time

Our client is looking to recruit experienced Kindergarten Teachers for their centres across the UAE.

Their centres are designed to offer age appropriate environments for babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers, and are accredited by the Pre-School Learning Alliance of the UK. They offer care for children between 3 months and 6 years old.

Their all-new after school activities programme is another great way to ensure that the children are getting all the educational needs he or she needs. They offer children up to 6 years old the opportunity to play, have fun and explore the world around them.

- To supervise in an active manner the day-to day running of the centre including staff and care and activities of children.
- To ensure that the state and standard of premises and equipment is of the highest quality and conforms with EYFS guidelines.
- To undertake the lead role in business development for the centre and achieve the enrolment and revenue outcomes set by the General Manager.
- To ensure that all staff are aware and adhere to the daily routines and policies.
- Formulate and supervise the effective teaching of the curriculum for the centres Pre- School and consult with and communicate with teachers and parents as to goals and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain ongoing and effective communication between parents and staff to ensure that there is a shared perception of quality.
- Establish and maintain an effective process for consultation and evaluation of the service.
- To establish and maintain effective systems to monitor, review and evaluate services.
- To implement the centres Pre-School components business plan and marketing.
- To operate within agreed budgets and collate and complete accurate financial records.
- To ensure childrens’ records are up-to-date.
- To work with all staff to ensure that there is effective liason with the parents over the care of their children, a smooth induction for new children and parents.
- To write and implement policies and procedures in consultation with the General Manager.
- Coordinate the allocation of places and maintain waiting lists.
- To respect and maintain confidentiality in respect of the families at all times.

It is the nature of centre that tasks and responsibilities may be in some circumstances unpredictable and varied. Therefore you are expected to work in a flexible way as required.

Requirements

- Probation period is 3 months Essential Criteria
- Degree in Early Years or equivalent qualification
- Proven recent track record in Nursery Management
- Experience of EYFS
- Excellent organisational skills
- Excellent communicator
