Job description / Role
Motor Showroom CEO has the overall responsibility of creating, planning, implementing and integrating the strategic directions of the Motor Showroom brand. This includes responsibility for all components and departments of the entire Motor Showroom. Must have strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to understand profit and loss statement and manage a large, diverse staff. Experience in luxury auto trading in new and used vehicle is mandatory for this position.
• Ensures that the Motor Showroom leadership team maintains a constant awareness of both external and internal competition, opportunities for expansion, customer base, markets, new industry developments and standards, etc.
• Creating and implementing the Motor Showroom’s vision and direction
• Leading, guiding and evaluating executive leaders to improve their leadership potentials
• Soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from the Board of Directors
• Creating a Motor Showroom that will grow, not only in the UAE but will expand across the GCC and other continents
• Leading the development and implementation of the overall Motor Showroom strategy
• Overseeing the complete operation of the Motor Showroom in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plans and in accordance with the governing state laws, i.e., Road and Transport Authority
• Evaluating the success of the Motor Showroom in reaching its goals
• Representing the Motor Showroom in professional association responsibilities and activities across the country
• Participating in the industry-related events or associations that will enhance the CEO’s leadership skills, the Motor Showroom’s reputation and its potential for success.
Requirements
• Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business or any related field, with additional certification related to Business
• Minimum 15 years of UAE experience in the luxury automotive trading. Both in new and used vehicles.
• Familiarity on the Motor Showroom operations in the UAE and other countries
• Car enthusiast, loves cars and has extensive knowledge of the luxury automotive industry
• Excellent command of the English language. Arabic and Mandarin speakers are also preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, analytical and leadership skills are required for this position
• Excellent customer experience is top priority
