Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking to hire a Change Manager, a key support role in delivering business adoption by ensuring business readiness through employee engagement and change frameworks.

The role supports people through business processes, systems, and technology changes. This position is for our client based in Dubai - one of the region's largest companies.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6- months and is renewable. The role sits within the Change Department and reports directly to the Director.

Key responsibilities:
• Support change management activities to create a connected and engaged community across the different phases of the implementations.
• Support and execute the program Change strategy, partnering with internal and external teams where appropriate.
• Partner with the program Training team to support training communications and adoption.
• Partner with the program Communication team to support, co-write and develop content for program communications and materials.
• Support of key business team members, so they are equipped to fulfil the role of change sponsor as they help their teams through transitions.
• Work with communities of change agents to support them as advocates and to give feedback to the change program and deliver on agreed change management plans and deliverables and report on progress.
• Ensure continuous engagement within the business, learning and adapting to what works and partnering with internal teams for specialist capability and corporate practice.
• Coordinate and/or support the running of engagement events to ensure all activities have the right level of change support.
• Building content for knowledge sharing within the program phases, offering colleagues a digital platform where they can educate on topics of their expertise with others.
• Working alongside the program Change Lead, partner to execute the change management strategy to support the delivery of the program across multiple phases of the implementation.
• Working under guidance from the Program Change Lead, support, execute, where appropriate and effectively communicate Business Impact Assessment findings for Phase 3 of the implementation.
• Support the design and development of content, communication, success story videos or engagement requirements that enhance the engagement experience as well as coordinating other key engagement events such as roadshows.

Requirements

Knowledge, skills & experience:
• 5+ years experience working on change or transformation initiatives using project and change management methods in a large organization.
• Experience working in a shared service / centralised service is an advantage.
• Knowledge and understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and adapt to multiple change initiatives.
• Able to work effectively at all levels – quickly establishing and then maintaining accountability and trust among key stakeholders
• Ability to coach and support key stakeholders across teams
• Ability to quickly grasp new business concepts and understand organizational issue

Availability:
• Preference will be given to candidates available to join immediately or maximum within 30 days.
