Your visionary dreams will steer the development of tomorrow's cyber security technologies. As a Channel Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for a territory or group of Partners nominated by Channel Sales Director at the beginning of each year along with an annual sales target.

As a Channel Sales Account Manager - Sales, you will:

- Relationship management of all partners within territory
- 100% responsible for partners exceeding targets within territory
- SOP determined responsibilities
- Key point of contact for the partners on all matters - then working with the internal teams to ensure collaboration and closure of all issues.
- Understand the complete portfolio of offerings being provided by DarkMatter to the partners and be able to lead basic sales enablement sessions, initial discussions with partners and their customers. DarkMatter Pre-Sales to support Channel Sales Account Manager and Partner for all technical / deep solution discussions.
- To build out an annual partner business plan with all strategic partners to understand the roadmap to exceeding targets. Identify the enablement, education, marketing and support required and map action plans to execute ensuring partner success.
- Meet with partners on a very regular basis working a pipeline management spreadsheet (or CRM tool when available) ensuring partner has three times target in pipeline at any time and that opportunities are progressing to closure within 90 - 120 days. Attend regular reviews with Channel Sales Director to review and management pipeline.

Requirements

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

- To fully understand the DarkMatter Partner Program, our certification requirements, our rebates, our status levels, our marketing development funding and other general benefits and build into the annual plan execution elements to ensure the partners are maximizing benefits.
- Experience with compensation plans as ours will be launched at the commencement of each year and shared with Sales in December which will outline the compensation guidelines.
- Introduce the partners to our DarkMatter internal teams and executives as appropriate.
- Ensure regular business reviews are conducted, at least quarterly for our most strategic partners, where we align annual planning with progress to help steer partner success.
