Charter Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi

As a Charter Sales Manager you will be responsible to meet or exceed agreed Private Charter Sales. Developing and managing customer relationships at a mid-level and senior management level at Airlines, integrators and forwarders.

- Diversify the current business portfolio by identifying and developing new customer opportunities by having existing Private Charter business market awareness. Be able to understand and build charter sales quotes.
- Assist the Commercial and Finance departments in coordinating the collective effort of commercial, operation and service delivery teams to achieve business unit goals and have a competitive pricing structure.
- During contract negotiations and quote preparation, coordinate activities with both finance and commercial departments that the organisation is able to execute as contractually agreed. Contribute to the budget through effectively forecasting and delivering Private charter sales targets. Provide insights and market knowledge to support growth plan of the Charter fleet.
- Provide continuously feedback to Business Development and Strategy to keep updated the competitor and market analysis. Develop heavily the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool in the Private Charter sales.
- Monitor the incoming inquiries and follow up on potential business. To always try to combine inquiries in order to maximize revenues. Ensure a weekly report on all the inquiries received is circulated within appropriate departments.
- To coordinate between Charter Sales Executive that all quotes are sent on time and in line with the agreed pricing policy. Have a clear understanding of the factors that lead to success in the Private Charters and how they interact with each other

Requirements

- Experience of 3+ years in charter sales in the Dubai / Abu Dhabi markets.
- Focused on developing new charter business, with existing and new clients.
