Position Title: Chef de Partie - Pizza Section
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 3K AED all-inclusive plus accommodation, food, and transportation
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring is one of the leading Italian restaurants in Dubai.
Job Role:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high quality dishes within the speciality section
• Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
• Assisting with the management of health and safety
• Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
• Managing and training any Commis Chefs
• Monitoring portion and waste control
• Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Asian candidates
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B industry
• Proven experience working in BOH section
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
• Excellent communication skills
