Chief Executive Officer

Job description / Role

A main contractor are looking to appoint a new CEO reporting directly the Senior Board of Directors.

The Role:
The Chief Executive Officer will be fully responsible for the leading and developing the overall business strategy ensuring high quality business strategies are implemented effectively. You will be fully accountable for the financial and operational leadership for the business and work with the Senior Leadership team within multiple business sectors.

Candidate Requirements:

• Relationship building and stakeholder engagement.

• Leading senior management team.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• At least 10 years experience in a senior management role, with at least 5 in a CEO role.
• Management experience includes supervision of teams, evaluation of staff, management of budgets, program oversight and evaluation.
• Fluency in English and strong conversational Arabic.
