Chief Financial Officer (E-Waste Company) - Dubai, UAE

Swisslinx Middle East is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join a newly establishing waste recycling asset management company based in the UAE.

The company belongs to a reputed Private Equity Firm and will own and operate 3 recycling plants in the GCC, with further expansion plans into MENA, Turkey and Asia regions.

The company will be focused on electronics waste and provide innovative solutions of recycling, logistics and metals refining.

CFO’s main goal will be to successfully establish from the scratch and run financial activities of the firm in the GCC region.

In this challenging role your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization
- Implement and maintain all financial management and financial control policies and procedures
- Develop and implement future growth plants, provide financial projections and accounting services
- Handle large value projects and acquisitions, set up legal entities and joint venture
- Recruit and lead the finance team

Requirements

- 15+ years of working experience in the field of finance
- At least 5 years in a leadership role at a company with over USD100 million in operation
- Industry experience: metal / precious metal recycling & refining OR general metal manufacturing
- Knowledge and experience in GCC region
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with ERP system
