Job description / Role
Venture Search is recruiting on behalf of a private investments firm, focused primarily on international real estate investment. The firm is looking for a commercial CFO, able to work directly with the managing partner in overseeing finance for the firm's portfolio of investments.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, financial reports, company audits, compliance, and bank relationships. They will collaborate with the managing partner and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations. The candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management.
Responsibilities
• Create and present financial and tax strategy recommendations to CEO
• Support the financial planning and analysis efforts
• Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits
• Prepare financial statements and reports
• Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
• Manage relationships with banks
Requirements
Qualifications
• Strong finance-based analytical skills
• 10+ years' of finance experience
• Experience working in an international developed market
• Exposure to global real estate investments
• Experience working within private equity, investment management, or a private investment firm
• Very strong analytical and modelling skills
• CPA, ACA, ACCA, or similar qualification
