Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO)

Job description / Role

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking for a Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) for one of our clients which is a Dubai based company with 10,000+ employees that operates regionally, across the GCC in key sectors such as retail and distribution, logistics, real estate, healthcare and pharmacies, education and technology.

• The Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) will be responsible for overseeing all human resource policies, procedures, and programs for the organization.
• This role will require strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies to support the organization's goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a Senior Human Resource role, with at least 5 years in a CHRO or equivalent position.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
• Proven experience developing and implementing human resource strategies and initiatives.
