Job Description:
- Lead legal and compliance efforts, ensuring alignment with our investment client's goals and values.
- Develop and implement robust policies and procedures to maintain regulatory compliance in the investment sector.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate legal and compliance risks specific to investment activities.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on legal matters impacting investment decisions, including contracts, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Oversee corporate governance and ethics programs tailored to the investment industry, promoting a culture of integrity and accountability.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities in the investment sector as needed.
- Keep abreast of legal developments and industry trends in investments to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.

Salary:
AED 50,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Extensive Legal Experience: Proven track record of at least 7 years in legal practice, with a focus on corporate law, compliance, and regulatory affairs, ideally within the investment sector.
- Deep Understanding of UAE Laws: In-depth knowledge of UAE legal framework and regulations relevant to investments, with a demonstrated ability to interpret and apply complex laws to business operations.
- Leadership and Strategic Vision: Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive legal and compliance strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Risk Management Expertise: Exceptional risk management capabilities, including the ability to identify potential legal and compliance risks inherent in investment activities and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Collaborative Approach: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with senior management, legal teams, and other stakeholders to drive consensus and achieve strategic objectives.
- Ethical Standards and Integrity: Uncompromising commitment to ethical standards and integrity, with a track record of promoting a culture of compliance and accountability within organizations.
- Effective Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, both internally and externally.
