Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for Chief Officer who will carryout daily supervision on all unit activities regarding public buses operations and other services provided to the customers in a very efficient and effective manner to ensure customer satisfaction on public buses services.

• Prepare strategies and annual work plans and programs for all operations and private activities to operate public buses in the major stations.
• Conduct programmed site inspection on buses and stations to ensure high performance and as per the approved technical standards.
• Supervise public buses allocations on fleet lines and prepare required studies to develop and enhance operational activities.
• Assign KPIs and prepare section work procedures.
• Oversee public buses operations and take necessary actions in replacing damaged buses to avoid service delay.
• Oversee the maintenance and repairing of public buses and ensure fixing and return to service without delay.
• Design samples used in public buses operations and monitor on updating as per working coordinates.
• Perform other related duties and responsibilities associated with the position.

Requirements

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration from a recognized University.
• 5 years experience in public transport industry of which 3 years must include depot management.
• Highly analytical thinking with demonstrated talent for identifying, scrutinizing, improving, and streamlining complex work processes.
