Salary: up to 55K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An independent federal entity responsible of enhancing the efficiency of the UAE's public education sector

Job Description:
• Development of plans for the Student Welfare department, particularly focusing on Child Protection, to meet the objectives of the Students’ & Parents’ Affairs Sector
• Execute operational plans within the department and provide effective and efficient support to all institutions, in close coordination with Education Sectors
• Handle communications with Education Sectors and relevant stakeholders in order to ensure that HQ standards, guidelines and processes are effectively implemented
• Execute necessary actions within the section to ensure the overall achievement of the sector and department’ objectives
• Support with the development of regular and ad-hoc reports to the Student Welfare Executive Director/Director

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic Nationals
• 50 years old and below
• At least Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or any relevant field
• At least 5 years of work experience in Education sector and/or School Operations
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
