Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE is currently looking for a Chinese Speaking Guest Services Executive to join their expanding team in Dubai.

As a Guest Services Executive, you are expected to provide high level of customer service and increase the sales of the company.

Requirements

In able to be qualified for the role, ideal candidate must be highly customer oriented, energetic, confident and driven for sales. Experience in tour guiding is highly desirable and prior experience and understanding of bespoke 5-star Guest Service is an added advantage. Candidate must also be switched on and has experience handling large groups. Only Chinese speaking candidate will be entertained for this role.
