Civil Engineer

Job description / Role

- Civil & drainage drawing Reading, Translating & Layout at site as per drawing & specification.
- Project plan and time scheduling using primavira and projects software and programmes.
- Making BOQ'S for tender as well site.
- Knowledge of Dubai Municipality system and rules regulation that is inspections, approvals, NOC & submittal etc.
- Calculating work progress at site and payment certificates for consultant submission.
- Working within project budget & time, Calculation for variations submission to consultant and approvals from clients.
- Arranging catalogues and samples from different companies for client & consultant approval as per contract scope of work.
- Knowledge of quotations and nomination for sub-contractors.
- Arranging shop drawings for flooring, ceiling, furniture, lighting and other finishing work for project.
- Documentation for site inspections, delivery papers, invoices, material requests and other documents related to project.
- Technical testing and reports for consultant and concern authorities.
- Knowledge of aluminium work, wall finishing, granite, marble, ceramic, doors, interlock, handrails and other finishing jobs.
- Green Building concept, keeping environment clean as per municipality and other authorities requirements.

Requirements

- Experienced in United Arab Emirates region
- Experience of 2 to 10 years
- Candidate with a Pakistani or indian nationality is required
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- UAE valid driving licensed
