Claims Manager - Dubai
Client is searching for a claims manager to work in Dubai but willing to travel to various locations around the GCC when needed.
In this role, you will interpret contract clauses on major projects across the region. You will be responsible for providing guidance in analysing contracts for the extension of claims, evaluation, assessment, resolution and settlement. You should be well versed with contractual risk issues.
Requirements
- European Driving license
- Degree holder
- Post-graduate qualification in Construction Law or similar
- Member of Fellow of CIArb
- 15 years + sector experience - majority from construction/consultancy/project management firms on large scale projects
Package on offer is 35-45K AED plus 15k accommodation allowance, 3.5K car allowance, Medical, Flights and possibly schooling.
