Job description / Role
We are hiring “Claims Processing Specialist” for our Dubai, UAE based client which is part of the multinational group, and their requirement is as under:
• Processing claims within a reasonable time frame keeping in view the related policy.
• Handling communication to suppliers about claim handling matters.
• Checking of existing registered claims for potential mistake.
• Verifying goods return requests and trace it from the claim processing report.
• Identification of trends related to abuse and fraudulent claims.
• Preparing payments reports.
• Assisting with posting of entries in the system.
• Assisting the finance team in the administration work.
• Communicate with Manager on work status and client issues that arise.
• Able to generate system reports.
Salary:
AED
5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• 2-3 years of experience
• Bachelor Degree
• Excellent communication skills and well presentable.
• Advanced knowledge and skill of working on Excel.
• Basic understanding of working on an ERP.
• Good aptitude towards numbers
