Employment: Full Time

Our client agency is building a team of hungry, passionate and entrepreneurial people to launch our operations in UAE. Key to this development is the Client Development Manager who will be responsible for evangelizing our native advertising offering to a diversified pool of performance-focused demand partners (affiliates, media, brands, agencies). Reporting directly to the Executive Director, this individual will be responsible for developing a strong base of native advertising clients, for onboarding them and managing the relationships, along with being an essential contributor to the development of our performance marketing product.

Your Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
• Identify qualified prospects who are looking for new native advertising and performance marketing solutions.
• Build a strong client base and manage those relationships, being a pro-active partner to clients.
• Support clients from initial setup to campaign pacing, optimization and campaign hygiene.
• Leverage internal teams and work cross-functionally to provide excellent customer service and over-deliver on clients’ goals.
• Monitor the competitive landscape, what is/isn’t working and provide inputs to the strategy and roadmap based on these insights.
• Work closely with the leadership team on strategy and to ensure performance optimization.

Requirements

Job Requirements, What We Are Looking For in Our Candidates:
• A strong desire to work in a start-up, fast-paced environment with a team that values agility, curiosity and passion.
• Minimum 1-3 years of direct experience selling performance marketing offerings (must include native advertising) to various clients.
• Intimate knowledge of the online advertising and digital marketing landscape (Native/Content marketing, Affiliation, Ad networks, Programmatic.).
• Familiarity with ad-serving platforms and ad-tech.
• Ability to work, successfully prioritize, and execute independently.
• Excellent people skills and group communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and analytical.
• Ambitious, driven by challenges and very dynamic.
