SALARY TO US$90K + BENS + BONUS

Due to increased expansion, a global financial services organisation are seeking to recruit an CLIENT IMPLEMENTATION EXECUTIVE with proven Relationship Management skills (financial services) to join their DUBAI offices on a permanent basis in order to lead the bank partner on-boarding process. The successful candidate will have an excellent knowledge of the local payments infrastructure.

The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Procuring correspondent banking services through RFP processes and then managing the ongoing relationship with partners
- Taking full ownership of the on-boarding process, working directly with Partner Banks after the business opportunity has been established by the Relationship Manager
- Liaising with internal resources to move through the on-boarding process, keeping the RM up date with progress
- Reengaging with the RM at the point of delivery to continue the relationship and cultivation of future of opportunities
- Discuss the technical integration process with both the Partner Bank and the Central team.
- Interfacing with the Banking Partner and Head office to facilitate smooth on-boarding process
- Interact with other specialists in the region to ensure knowledge is shared
- Provide the Sales teams with the knowledge to support requests from clients / prospects

Requirements

To be considered for this fast paced and challenging new role, candidates must have demonstrated stakeholder management skills and a track record of working with multiple departmental teams, ideally gained within a Payments environment. Strong relationship management skills combined with an in depth knowledge of the regulatory environment are vital to succeed in this role.
