Exclusive Links is growing their sales team and are looking for experienced professionals who can enhance the dynamics of our existing team.

Our sales team work with both buyers and sellers on ready and off-plan projects and we have no restrictions with regards to sales/leasing transactions.

This position will be based in either our shop in Dubai Marina or our head office in Motor City.

DUTIES

• To handle arrangements and closure of freehold property
• Enhance the company's reputation for excellence through professional conduct at all times
• To develop relationships with developers and owners to update, increase and maintain the property database
• Source and provide information including marketing literature on new developments
• To complete all relevant paperwork, keeping files organized and accessible and to comply with office administration procedures regarding paperwork and quality assurance
• Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily

Requirements

• Candidate must be self motivated and passionate about sales, with a proven track record of success. Dubai real estate experience is preferred but not essential.
• UAE license and own car is essential.
