Employment: Full Time

An international educational institute is currently seeking to recruit for a newly established role; Client Manager for Degree Programmes to be based in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Assistant Director in Abu Dhabi, the Client Managers purpose is to support the Field Marketing function in Abu Dhabi and will be primarily responsible for Executive MBA lead development, follow up and maintenance in designated territories as well as programme and marketing support. The role works closely with the CRM system by way of updating and maintaining records and enabling contact with potential candidates across the region.

The Client Manager will also be responsible for pre-qualifying leads, handling walk in candidates , assisting in pre and post event management logistics, handling the RSVP of event registered candidates, assisting on the ground at events in the UAE and following up on event delivery when requested by the Assistant Director.

Requirements

This role requires huge motivation and drive as the individual will be responsible for identifying and generating interest from candidates. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (Arabic/English) and have excellent communication skills in both languages and exemplary analytical and administrative skills.

A person in experienced with CRM system ideally and has the mannerism to communicate across the board with senior managers, candidates and colleagues.
