Employment: Full Time

The company specialises in business services for companies and individuals establishing a commercial presence in the UAE and Qatar. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for providing effective support to new and existing clients. It ensures all clients receive effective professional communication throughout their total business implementation for all clients.

The role encompasses solving problems, making decisions and proposing processes and procedures. All client communication from presale to delivery of licence/agreement and necessary Labour and immigration requirements and keeping clients up to date regarding all documentation requirements. Liaison with both external and in-house Legal departments and making business decisions within the agreed framework as agreed with the Client Relationship Manager.

In addition, you will liaise with other staff members effectively, in order to complete the assigned tasks and build strong relationships across a wide base of clients and business associates. Also resolve client complaints swiftly and effectively, keeping the database up to date and completing reports and a ministration in a timely manner.

Requirements

Applicants must possess 3-5 years customer service experience with knowledge, skills and abilities in the below:
- IT competency ( word, PowerPoint & Excel)
- Excellent keyboard skills
- Attention to detail
- Planning & Organising
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Confident, reasoned decision making
- Sense of Humour
