Job description / Role

The successful candidate will be accountable for the efficient and effective and confidential completion of all Labor and Immigration requests. You will liaise with clients both over the phone and via email to ensure that a superior service and deliverable is handed over within agreed timeframe. You will also ensure that knowledge and work is professional, maintained at a high level and developed on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
As an individual, you will have exceptional attention to detail with an extreme focus on customer service. This is a fast paced role which is both transactional and customer facing and you will need to be a great multi tasker with a very flexible and approachable attitude and professional demeanor. You will be a champion of company core values and practices and will be fully aware of all QMS requirements related to your activities whilst being proactive in identifying any non-conformities to management. Very strong communication skills are imperative in this role as you will be a key focal point both internally and externally.
Highly presentable, you will have 2-4 years of customer service experience in a customer service oriented environment along with superb IT skills and spoken English. An awareness of labor and immigration is preferred.
