Client Relationship Executive/ Programme Advisor

Job description / Role

PwC’s Academy is looking for a candidate for the role of Client Relationship Executive. The role will handle inquiries and follow up with prospective students about the available courses and general admission requirements. You will be responsible for qualifying leads and updating the CRM. You will work closely with Programme Advisors to ensure that all leads are contacted and regularly followed up.

Job Description:
- Follow up with prospective students systematically and diligently
- Conduct secondary research and cold calling to build our database
- Maintain the CRM to ensure validity and completeness
- Assist in collecting payments and invoicing

Assist in Sales and achieve targets for:
- Incoming and outgoing calls to inquiries generated from marketing activities
- Cold calls
- Contacting old or unqualified leads
- Providing of sales support
- Events

Requirements

- A graduate with excellent spoken and written English skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Intermediate level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with Word, Excel, CRMs, and LinkedIn
- Familiarity with Administrate or other CRM platforms will be a plus
- Experience with cold calling will be preferred
- Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends if necessary)
- Worked in an environment with sales targets
- Quick learner with friendly, adaptable and cooperative work ethics
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Arabic speaker is a plus
