Position Title: Client Renewal Admin
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
The hiring company is a Dubai based business formation group with proven track records on success and dedication to create a streamline the process of businesses structure that suits different client needs within UAE
Job Role:
• Ensure that all application documents submitted comply with the standard requirement requested by the licensing authority
• Ensure that operations and business transactions follow all relevant legal and internal rules
• Review work and provide advice on compliance
• Perform CRM related tasks of ensuring that the team is using the CRM as per the training provided
• Provide Administration Support to the Renewals Team
• Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
• Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
• Responsible in extracting, collating and analyzing Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for the Management using CRM and ERP
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to Indian and Arabic nationals
• Male or Female
• 35 years old and below
• Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field
• Bilingual is a must (English/Arabic OR English/Hindi)
• Must have 2-3 years’ experience in similar role in business setup or company formation
• Proficient in MS Excel and knowledgeable of CRM
• Excellent Communication skills
• Candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized
