Employment: Full Time

PURPOSE:
* The role of the Client Sales &Services Manager is to ensure the smooth and effective daily running of the Client Services Department.
* This includes monitoring the management of clients; overseeing the placement of orders, and ensuring targets are achieved and ideally exceeded.
* You will also oversee internal development projects, plus external events and networking opportunities - to maximizing pro-active sales.
* You will exude the brand personally, and ensure your team offers the highest level of service to our customers, providing them with a fabulous brand experience and the sense of pleasure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise the smooth and efficient running of all corporate and private orders via email, telephone and in person.
* Ensure that weekly targets are met, with a view to upselling to our existing clientele, alongside achieving new business acquisition targets.
* Produce departmental statistics based on sales, individual performances and telecommunications.
* To supervise the Client Services Team in achieving the highest standards of efficiency and customer service.
* To handle escalations from agents with customer queries and complaints.
* Management of the extended department during peak season, with responsibility for welfare of the several teams. This includes daily mentoring of the team leaders to ensure their motivation and performance.

The peak team includes:
* Corporate/VIP sales
* Customer ordering
* Administration
* To manage relationships and clients contact with designated key accounts. Placing their orders, retaining customer loyalty whilst upselling.
* To identify, approach and develop potential sales leads in order to achieve departmental targets,both personally and for the team.
* Liaise with key internal functions such IT, Warehouses, Logistics and Recruitment to continue to develop and improve our service. I.e. Oracle integration/the corporate order form/ External warehouse deliverance of bespoke Christmas orders.
* To maintain a relationship with the Customer Services Manager, ensuring the teams work harmoniously to benefit remote ordering.
* Responsibility for overseeing the departmental marketing budget, assisting in planning of the yearly campaign, and monitoring departmental spend.
* Maintaining accuracy of your & staff T&A, including weekly clocking in and out, plus all departmental holidays.
* Mentoring of the team all year round including weekly 1:1's and status report checks.
* Presenting the business brand to a wider audience where appropriate, whether through presentations, events or networking.
* Actively establish opportunities to cross-sell other departments, when networking with new or existing clients.
* Maintain connections and remain familiar with other luxury brands in the market place to keep competitor analysis and knowledge current.

Additional Duties: As with all roles, you may at times be required to carry out ad hoc duties and additional hours. This will be in line with the needs of the business; whether that is to support another team member, to take on additional responsibilities or to get involved in project work that may impact not only on your department but also the wider business.

It is important that you have a clear understanding of the technical and behavioral skills required for your role, as well as the ways in which your performance will be measured.
