Job description / Role
The main responsibilities of the role is preparing quotes for new business, renewals of policies of individual and corporate policies, preparing new and renewal certificates and deliver good customer service by responding swiftly to queries and concerns from clients.
- Position involves assessing motor insurance proposals and preparing new quotes and issue certificates as well as being involved in client servicing and client handling
- Candidates with Motor Insurance domain and bilingual (English & Arabic is a plus) will be preferred.
- Maintain complete updated Sales records/data and pricing in the system.
- Using necessary tools for reporting purposes
- Face to face Interaction with the clients & cross selling other -Identifying potential clients and providing them with product details.
- Ability to provide customers effective direction and supervision in line with company policy & practice
- Successfully assisted in achieving sales targets & organizational goals.
- Keeping clients informed on regular basis with and guide them to the right information pertaining to products & applications.
- Active involvement in promoting company’s products & services.
- Coordinate between customer needs and department’s provided services.
- Meeting with the customers and resolving their issues.

Duration: Permanent
Requirements
Must have exceptional customer service, communication, prioritization and organizational skills.
The role requires a university degree holder with 2 years experience in insurance industry (or similar industry), must have good communication and negotiation skills, a true sales and service minded personality, self-starter, able to work in shifts.
