Client Service Associate - Insurance

Job description / Role

A leading Insurance Broker is now looking for Client Service Associate to join their Motor Insurance Team.

Main Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to the clients, timely response on inquires, explaining Company’s product and services, handling and resolving complaints, provide transparent advise and direction in line with the policy and practice.
- Contributes to the team effort in achieving sales targets.
- Assess motor insurance proposals and preparing new quotes and issue certificates.
- Open and maintain accurate customer records and information, maintain complete updated Sales records and pricing in the system.
- Face to face Interaction with the clients and cross selling other insurance products.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services and actively involved in promoting products and services.
- Meeting with the customers and resolving issues.
- Keeping clients informed on regular basis with and guide them to the right information pertaining to products and applications.
- Liaise between customer needs and department’s provided services.
- Uphold and comply with the Company policies and procedure
- Any other appropriate task as assigned by the Management

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience with Insurance or Insurance brokers in UAE
- Knowledge of Motor insurance would be an advantage but not essential
- Bachelor degree in insurance, Financial Services, Sales or Customer Service
- MUST: Excellent English Communication Skills
- Arabic Speaker preferred but not essential
- Self-starter with a positive attitude
- Accurate and strong attention to details
- Quick learner with good judgement and problem solving skills
- Proficient in use of Outlook, MS Applications and other ERP system
