Employment: Full Time

A Dubai-based media and advertising agency is seeking a Client Servicing Manager. You will be directly reporting to the Head of Client Servicing

Job summary:
Daily contact with clients is a key part of the job. Oversee projects on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential.

Main activities:
- The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
- Pro-active mindset that encourages team-members to perform to the best of their ability
- Regular communication and liaison with clients across all levels
- Coherent organization and communication of client feedback to all teams
- Generating accurate reports and status notifications
- Punctual and continuous update of the agency workflow management system
- Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to internal teams and clients
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction

Requirements

- Experience in professional client relationship management
- A solid background in advertising, design or marketing
- Team player
- The ability to plan and multi-task
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent command of English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
