Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Clinic Manager assumes the responsibility for the entire management and operations of the clinic assigned.

Responsibilities will include complete management for front/back office, medical records administration and outsourced contracts. Additionally, the Clinic Manager is responsible for providing operation oversight to all nursing and allied health staff.

- Actively investigate new business opportunities for the clinic’s operations and expansions in line with Al Noor’s mission
- Manage scheduling within the clinic and ensures clinical services are scheduled in a way that promotes the continuity of patient care and optimal revenue generation
- Monitor medical insurance authorizations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Manages, analyses and reconciles various clinic reports like daily reports, daily sales report etc.
- Ensure quality accreditation standards are met and maintained
- Manage, analyze and approve refunds, bill cancelation, patient entitlements, under recoveries and cost estimates issued
- Operational/administrative and human resources policies and procedures to be implemented within the clinic and compliance is monitored
- Identify training needs and programs to improve service levels
- Actively participate in the selection decision for all clinic recruits ensuring that appointed staff align with the clinic requirements
- Promote a high standard of customer satisfaction by further developing a culture of customer service amongst staff
- Develop, recommend and manage/oversee the clinic’s budget requirements and expenses. Analyze and interpret financial documents (budget, financial statements, ratios and so forth)
- Provide ongoing leadership and motivation to ensure the staff are motivated, focused and capable of achieving desired outcomes. Ethical and values based leader
- Maintains full responsibility for one’s own professional achievements and actions. Consistently maintains high level of self-management and growth that contributes to sustained high performance
- Maintain responsibility for all aspects of patient feedback through surveys, feedback, mechanisms, complaint, suggestion and compliment handling

Requirements

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a managerial role, preferably in a clinical environment
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- High level of financial and business acumen
- Leadership skills including planning, leading, organizing and controlling
