Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Primary responsibilities:

Business
- Sales planning for the month and ensuring revenue & profit targets are met
- Ensuring the targets on service mix at the clinics are met
- Responsible marketing execution at store level

People Management
Responsible for overall team management with respect to:
- Team Engagement – ensuring
- Driving processes and discipline in the team
- Guiding team to do their targets

Service Quality
- Responsible for overall service orientation towards clients – to deliver a superior client experiential.
- Custodian of and has to drive key service quality processes at the store level
- Has to personally meet and engage clients and manage HNI clients
- Has to drive service orientation in her team

Administrative
- To ensure smooth running of clinic Operations
- Responsible for MIS reports and system updating
- Holder of key processes at the store like appraisals

Requirements

- Female any Arabic nationality
- Preference industry is to be working in same our filed as clinic manager or store manager
- Sales & customer service& team player
- Communication/ Interpersonal skills
- Maintaining relationships
- Team work/ Team building
- Business Focus
