Clinic Manager

Job description / Role

This job opportunity is with a healthcare facility based in Dubai, UAE.

As a Clinic Manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the clinic's routine operations. You would assess the staffing needs of a clinic and determining when new staff are needed. Implement administrative policies and initiate action to enhance patient care programs. You would ensure that the clinic is in compliance with the environmental health and safety regulations. Resolve complaints received from staff, visitors, patients and physicians.

Requirements

To be successful, you must have at least 5 years of managerial experience with background in physiotherapy or a rehab facility. Having a Bachelor's Degree of related field and MOH/HAAD/DHA license is a must. Must have excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
