Clinical Educational Psychologist post at Clinic, DHCC

This Clinical Psychologist post is for a senior therapist who has a minimum of five years post qualification experience, has preferably worked in a multidisciplinary team with children with autism spectrum disorders and/or other related developmental disabilities. A very attractive package is available dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.

This is an exciting role in a new multidisciplinary mental health service provision in Dubai and will give the post holder the opportunity to shape and develop.

The clinical team consists of a Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist, Cognitive Behaviour Therapists, Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nurse, Speech and Language Pathologist and Family Liaison Officer. There is a weekly team meeting as we follow a multidisciplinary approach to formulate comprehensive care plans. Professional development is encouraged and all clinicians have regular supervision and training opportunities. We follow international guidelines such as National Institute of Clinical Excellence (NICE) to ensure high standards of care.

Requirements

- UAE license not necessary but must be eligible - will be applied for by the company
- Candidates from abroad welcome
- Western qualified preferred
- Must have fluent English
- Good communication skills
- 5+ years experience as a clinical psychologist
- Interested in Educational Psychology
