Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/<br>Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS\"<br><br>Job Description <br><br>Main Functions <br><br><br> - Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, and shall be responsible for the revenue maximization of Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels Abu Dhabi & Pullman Jumeirah Lakes Towers (Dubai) and essential job functions are as mentioned below but are not limited to the following.<br> - Maintains appropriate yield controls to maximize the cluster hotels revenue from all distribution channels.<br> - Monitors and evaluate market demand trends, ensuring all rates are loaded and inventory maintenance is correct in all systems (OPERA and other related).<br> - Ensures accurate preparation and analysis of market segmentation reports, production reports, source contribution analysis, daily pick-up reports, and pace summaries.<br> - Coordinates various activities to further enhance revenue potential.<br> - Leads weekly revenue management meetings.<br> - Refine strategies to increase RevPAR Index (RGI) and achieve Budget and Forecast goals for the property.<br> - Conducts audits to guarantee sell strategy is set correctly in all channels.<br> - Motivates and develop Revenue Manager/Analyst skills.<br> - Ensure team is effectively managing all distribution channels (OTA's, booking.com GDS, IDS).<br> - Works with Front Office to optimize upsells and sell out days.<br> - Lead the price positioning, and distribution for all market segments for the hotels with input from Area or Regional Director of RM.<br> - Provides recommendations to improve effectiveness of the revenue management process.<br> - Communicates demand and market analyses to hotel management and other stakeholders.<br> - Leads the annual budgeting and pricing process.<br> - Accountable for accurate forecasting for the Cluster hotels. <br><br>Supportive Functions <br><br>In addition to performance of the main functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the reporting Manager based upon the particular requirements of the company.<br><br><br> - Attend mandatory meetings including divisional meetings, staff meetings, etc.<br> - Participate in community events and ensure corporate social responsibility goals of the company are met.<br> - Utilize traditional software programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), the property's HRIS, Open Table and any departmental specific systems used.<br> - Complete other duties as assigned by the Ownership, Hotel, or Corporate Office.<br> - Demonstrate positive leadership characteristics, which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards.<br><br>Qualifications <br><br><br> - Extensive knowledge of forecasting and interpreting/analyzing results to plan and conducting budgetary analysis.<br> - Extensive knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, recruiting, supervising, training and motivating managers.<br> - Demonstrated ability to understand customer requirements and translating these into revenue solutions.<br> - Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive.<br> - Ability to quickly evaluate alternatives and decide on a plan of action.<br> - Strong organizational skills including follow up, time management, ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.<br> - Considerable skill in math and algebraic equations.<br><br>
