• Execute precise cooking techniques for cold section dishes.
• Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in the cold section.
• Ensure consistent quality through taste tests and presentation checks.
• Manage inventory and control wastage in the cold section.
• Collaborate with other kitchen sections for smooth service operations.

Salary: up to 5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus tips

About the Client:
A Levant high end casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine based in Dubai.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationalities
• 45 years old and below
• At least 1 to 3 years experience in the similar role within high end casual or fine dining restaurant
