Employment: Full Time

Our client, an International Hospitality Group, is looking for a Colleagues Services Manager for their team in Dubai to look after one of their large housing operations. You will be reporting to the Director of Colleague Services and will be responsible for multiple buildings, rooms and colleagues. The ideal candidate will have managed large housing operations or compounds as well as managing a team.

Responsibilities
- Manage the process of trade licenses within colleagues’ accommodation in compliance with the Labour law requirements.
- Ensure proficient management of processes and procedures as well as colleague facilities to ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure all colleagues’ accommodation is prepared based on company standards and ensure arrival process is efficient.
- Assist in the outsourcing of accommodation, security and transportation for colleagues and facilities management
- Process all accommodation applications correctly to ensure correct room allocations and payments in line with accommodation Policies.
- Conduct inspections in all designated areas to ensure cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards are met in line with company standards.
- Manage colleague complaints and feedback to ensure quality objectives are measured and review these objectives.
- Liaise with different contractors and Facilities Management to ensure all faults in designated buildings are rectified
- Responsible for the maintenance and implementation of the HR Management System
- Ensure reports of all departments are completed accurately to ensure compliance with audit procedures.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as requested

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years experience of supervising or managing a large team within compound or housing operation, ideally from a hospitality or customer service industry
- Business Studies or English Qualification
- Bachelors Degree in HRM or training qualification is desirable
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal, Bilingual is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of HR Management Systems
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
